I don't buy it - I don't think that your new O2 sensor is giving you high idle when warmed up. My take is that you disconnected some devices that go for cold-start enrichment in your CIS injection: temp sensor (not the one that goes to your gauges, the other one) or the gizmo that modulates the control pressure for the fuel distributor. Check those boys first.
