At $2 each It would be clever to use 4 Identical plugs.
If one has resistor plug leads it's usually not necessary to run resistor plugs as well. But that can vary with the car.. yes not an answer :-)
Suppression wires and resistor plugs are intended to keep the EMF pulses from messing your ECU's chips. (and Cellphones :-)
