We have a few good pick-n-pulls here in the Atlanta area. They've been a blessing for the '89 SPG.
I took off way early from work today and saw the sad sight of a few stripped-to-the-bone convertibles, a beautiful '92 900S 3-door that was stripped down, a nice '96 convertible, and a nice '89 9000T (from which I nabbed a fuel pump, switches, and a distributor as a potential replacement for the 9000 distributor that's already in the SPG). There was a nice rose quartz '86 900S sedan that was in way better bodily shape than the '88 that I had in Syracuse 15 years ago.
The sad thing is that most of them probably had problems that, if guys on the 900 board had them, they'd have been fixable. Ya can't save 'em all, though :-( Their legacy can keep our 900s running to see yet another day.
