I know this echoes what a lot of other posters have said but thought I'd add my voice to the choir on unfortunately a bad experience with The Saab Site. Have been doing some springtime refurbishment & ordered a bunch of stuff, including new hatch shocks & new door pulls. They sent me an extra door pull that I hadn't ordered & were fine about returning that & paying for shipping back themselves. On the hatch shocks, however, they sent me two different parts & refuse to provide me with the identical matching support shocks I ordered unless I pay for shipping back! Refuse to provide a refund without a 25% "restocking" fee!! The two different parts are both made by aftermarket manufacturer Professional Parts Sweden. One has the traditional metal ends to hook over the supports and the other one has kind of plastic clip/ball socket ends. Even though the manufacturer has different part #'s for each, The Saab Site does not differentiate & lists both as exact same item #. They probably both work fine but I'm not going to put non-matching parts on that might wear differently over time. Saab Site charges $21 each & I notice now that Eeuroparts has the proper identical metal end style for just $13 each from Meistersatz brand. My customer service agent couldn't have been nicer in spite of his manager's refusal to honor the order but I've got to agree with prior posters & say go w/site sponsor if you can.
