I would pull the plugs and read them. wet plugs with fuel would stop any firing. black sooty but mostly dry is rich but firing. of course that tan color is best. guessing that you have good gapped plugs.. would pull the cap and check the contacts and the rotor too. be sure that the coil wire is pushed in solid, both on the cap and the coil ends.
if all that is good, I like to spray carb cleaner, or brake cleaner, into a vacuum port on the intake manifold to a count of 10, then replace the vacuum line, and crank.... if it seems to start and then stops... you are most likely not getting fuel but do have sufficient spark. if it doesn't fire at all... most likely no spark. Hall effect sensor suspect then, possible coil or wires to coil (just replaced a coil for the first time ever.... and it was bad!) the blue and other wire need to be attached.
Have you done any work on the car under the hood or in the dash recently? consider back tracking there too.
