I lost the details that I had written down when I took the wires out of the car over 2 years ago, and now I am trying to put them back together correctly. The reason it is 2 years later is because I have a disability called fibromyalgia that does not allow me to work more than about an hour or 2 at the most, and then I have to recover from that before I can go exert again.
I have a few questions regarding some connections, and where things go. The Haynes has helped a little, but I not finding certain things in that book.
First, the brown wire from the starter... I know that it leads to a 1 pin female connector. Where does that connect? Also, there's another wire that is joined with the brown wire at the 1-pin connector, and it leads to one of the 2 pin connectors that go to either the cold start valve, the warm-up regulator, the thermo time switch, or the Auxiliary air valve. This 2-pin connector has a green wire connected to it's other pin that leads to another, identical 2-pin connector. From my reading in the manual, I think the first 2-pin connector goes to the cold start valve, and the 2nd mentioned 2-pin connector goes to the thermo time switch. Is that correct? BUT, where does the previously mentioned 1-pin female connector go to?
Next, assuming I am correct in the previous paragraph, where do the 2 other 2-pin connectors go?
Bascially I have 4 2-pin connectors that go to either of those components mentioned, but I need verification so I don't blow the computer up when I try to start this car.
Did that help clarify what I need at all? Thanks again!
