look at ebay for parts. as for the lock cylinder, my door in the cylinder disappered. took part donor cylinder and cleaned it out w/ brake parks cleaner, put in old tumbers and put it all back together tested it BEFORE installing and installed. then i oiled the cylinder and as long as the door was open, oiled verything that moved. as far as bleeding the top hydralics, get some saab hydarlic fluid, nothing esle will do, and make sure all of the hydralic fittinga are tight, fuses are good, parking brake on, relays good. then slowly add fluid to resivir and run top up and down once. fluid will foam like a bitch. let it settle down. repeat unitl foaming has stopped and amount of fluid is where it should be according to line on resivoir tank. take your time. I did mine w/ j/y cylinders and did exactly as i told you. also lubricate the tops hinges when top is down and then a cuople of weeks later and it will wor nice. I lube my completecra anyhing that moves get an oil in the spring and fall and the car is perfect!!
