The King part number is CR4003CP for the rod bearings (you'll need 4 sets) and the mains are MB5654CP (one set). Last time I needed some I couldn't find them in the U.S. (they're made in Israel) so I got them from Engine Parts UK LTD. They may have some thrust bearings too. If they only have Glyco thrust bearings I'd buy them. From what I've seen those are re-packaged old Vandervelle stock (unlike the rods and mains which are modern Glyco stock). I've never found thrust bearings in any size but standard so be sure that your crank will have proper thrust with standard thrust bearings before you invest machining in it. You may have to find a better crank if the thrust surfaces are bad (or get it welded and ground). The King rods and mains are available in std., and .25, .50 and .75 mm undersize. Of course you must get your crank checked (and ground if necessary) before ordering the bearings so you know what size to order.
Ask Jim at Engine Parts UK LTD what he has for rings (and pistons too if you need them). I was getting Hastings rings #2C 5562 special ordered from a NAPA store up the road. They are readily available from Hastings but not usually stocked in parts stores.
Oops, forgot I was making a pizza!
