power steering rack tube to nowhere?

Hi, I feel like a dope asking this, but I was under my car and saw a metal tube from the power steering rack that doesn't look like it's attached to anything. Any idea if this is normal, or if there is a common piece that becomes disconnected? The rack is abut 5 years old and was professionally installed by a saab specialty shop in Massachusetts. I'm not losing any fluid. Thanks.
