yep. replace, i usually throw in a good looking used one. really, they typically look bad, but rarely fail in my exp.

replacement is very easy. just gotta fish it out.
I would recommend a autoz pressure bleeder-$30 to bleed it. Mostly because the clutch master cylinders in these cars love to fail, and the extra pumping (especially outside it's normal operating range) while bleeding it the ol fashioned way is real hard on em.
