Since you replaced the hood, and not the doors, that's the place to start. There's a little play in the hood hinges, and there is an adjustment. The adjustment is a hex end of a bolt that sticks up near to where the hinges rest on the radiator crossmember.
You say you replaced a damaged hood. Was the damage from a collision? If so, the radiator crossmember could be deformed, and that is causing the rubbing.
