I think there's a pictorial how-to posted somewhere, maybe on the TwinSaabs site? Do a search on here.
When you have yours apart, look close at the various little pieces, there are differences between some of the rockers and they fit right where they belong, and incorrectly if put anywhere else.
I doubt that you bent anything much and if you did you'll see by comparison what they should look like and can reshape them to match the others.
Most likely is that something got jarred just as you popped it back together, and jumped off its proper spot.
