But nothing has changed with the motor. still sounds correct.
This just recently happened to my Ducati, actually. Low oil pressure light come on but the bike was running perfectly. Turned out to be a bad sender...maybe related to a localized oil leak? See below....

it IS cold here in the mornings now (north new jersey) and there is frost on the windows. The milk is not excessive at ALL. just checked oil again...full to perfect level, with 1.5mm of milk on the bottom.

I know to look for clean cyl and spark plug tonight...but anything else?

Car has a very intermittent oil smoke from exhaust and crankcase...but i suspect its from worn turbo seals. Car also has an oil leak near the oil filter and sender. Im about to do an oil/filter change anyway, so i thought id clean up around there and look where is coming from...but my suspect is either the sender...or the filter housing.
