so, looks like you need to find a nice turbo to solve your problems. I have had some luck with clean used TE-05's for around $150, but i think i got lucky.

Regarding the door, parts for these cars, in the right color, are very hard to find. Up until i recently got another '88 in black/SPG panels (it's an SiS 'replica', ordered in that spec from factory), i would have given a small fortune for a door. However, now i would only give $200 or so if it is clean. So, shipping is possible with that much on the table.
