Torque: Enough. Better to use too little, have a leak & fix it rather than overtighten and wreck the flare, nut, or union.
Bleed: Saabs are weird because of their dual-diagonal brake setup. Proper order is left rear, right front, right rear, left front. Crazy, yeah?
