it's an essential rule

B,
I believe now it's time for ordering a new bushings since those on-board are most probably damaged. It's essential to tighten up all the bushings in the suspension only when it is loaded (if you're working in a repair pit, then just put the car ALL THE WAY DOWN back on wheels). There exist some suspension designs which do not require that, but they are quite rarely used, especially for mass-production cars.
Sorry for bad news.
