Hi Mark, here's my 2 cents on the "want to be" C900T cold air subject! All it would take to make his into a true cold air intake is to seal off the top back to the fender well like Jeff P did on his awesome Viggen Blue Airflow! Todd Campisano did the same thing but with carbon fiber where Jeff used aluminum. My personal opinion is when you have a front mount inter-cooler there's no reason to cut a big hole in the inner fender well! With the stock inter-cooler gone an 1/8" aluminum piece can be bolted in it's place with a large 16 gauge tube TIG welded in with beads rolled on each end. Then a large center-line radius 90 with proper hose connections would attach to the air mass meter from the back and another appropriate tube could be run forward to a large air cleaner to the coldest air available.
