The SEM 39927 works the best, but the smallest size it comes in is 7oz. Way more than you'll need to repair a few small cracks. It also requires a special two-plunger gun to dispense it. I borrowed one from the place I purchased the product from. I suppose you could dispense it by individually plunging each side of the cartridge and mixing what comes out by hand.
I cleaned the dash real well and applied masking tape to either side of the crack and just put it on with a small spreader. You can sand it down flush before pulling the tape off. Don't sand with the tape off. Sanding the dash itself will take the texture off and leave a shiny spot. This isn't a perfect solution, but it is better than the cracks IMHO.
SEM does sell a small-size bumper repair epoxy (#68422), but I haven't tried it. I have tried a similar product from Bondo, and while it did fill the crack and match the dash color, it didn't hold the two sides of the crack together, and now I have hairline cracks instead of larger ones.
