I've got an entire spare airbag wheel with horn buttons and good clock spring if you need them. A couple of good airbags too. Shoot me a PM.
If you are looking to swap out the steering wheel, it's pretty straight forward. Disconnect the battery, remove the airbag by removing the tiny hex head screws on the back side, then unplug and remove the airbag, then carefully remove the steering wheel. If you pull it off too hard, you could damage the clock spring which is a long, flat group of wires coiled inside a plastic casing. Easy to break, but not impossible to save. If you want a non-airbag wheel, it will fit, but it is best to get a non-airbag upper steering column as well that does not have a clock spring. Make sure you swap in the brace for the whiper and turn signal stalks as well.
