and that will help you determine if it's your bomb going.
If it is that, DO NOT take it to a shop, you can replace it yourself easily. And DO NOT buy the SAAB branded one. The Buick Reatta one works fine and is about half the cost of the OEM version. Search under "brake bomb", "accumulator", or "GM Parts Direct".
I use the wet wool sock method to help keep the bomb cool in hot city driving. It does seem to help lessen the heat problem, and speed the recovery if you do have issues.
I'd third or fourth the brake fluid change if your fluid is over 2 years old. Are your pads and rotors still of reasonable thickness? Not too worn so you're getting a lot of movement on pedal with little result?
