high idle and running rich Posted by twells [Email] (#1632) [Profile/Gallery] (more from twells) on Sun, 26 Aug 2012 14:49:24 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
I have an 85 SPG with about 250K miles. Was very reliable and running great, now high idle and and running very rich. I have a donor 86 SPG and have replaced AMM, ECU, and fuel relay. I have checked the vaccum hoses (all silicone), checked the FPR. o2 sensor, and temp sensor, cleaned the AIC. Going through the Bently diagnoses and I am not getting any voltage at the injectors, either the small voltage when turning it over or 12 volts on the blue/red wire at the plug. This doesn't seem right, because what I know about injectors, is that they need voltage to open and spray. Any thoughts?
