I suspect that you may have some difficulty find just the reflectors. You may just have to suck it up and shell out for the complete unit.
The rallylights.com site has Hella H6054 e-codes listed. These are true e-codes, not to be confused with Hella's VisionPlus series, which have a replaceable bulb (H4) but DOT approved lenses. In fact, if possible I'd look for Bosch or preferably Cibie. Hard to find, but better than the Hellas. If Daniel Stern Lighting is still in business I'd check with him.
If you want to use higher output bulbs then you need to upgrade your harness. The easiest way to do that is to disconnect the existing wiring at the relay, leaving it in place, and run a separate heavier gauge harness along side it. This alleviates any issue with voltage drop or overheating of the wiring due to increased power requirements.
Lastly, be aware that there may plug issues as well. You may need an adapter, as the pin positions (+/-/ground) might be different. Also, if you go to extreme wattage, you may wish to look into high temp plugs as things can get pretty hot.
Good luck!
