Klockkerholm also sells sheet metal. The USA site does not shows mostly 9000 parts but the European site shows 900 parts. I suspect they all came off the same stamping press but of course I don't really know.

The part is not that expensive. If no one posts here with experience I may order one. I've made other patch panels out of parts cars but I think the fender lip may be harder than some of the other panels because it would take a lot of prep to clean up where the outer fender is welded to the inner fender. And b/c I am probably going to pay someone to do this repair. On my own repairs I just make it work the best I can. Sometimes it looks nice, sometimes not so nice.
