The hard part is coming up with a way to twist it back.
First you want to do it with a ball joint mounted in the arm.
Clamp the a-arm with a hefty length of angle or channel as long as possible front to back in the wheel well so you can block the rear from rising while you jack up the front - obviously with the spring removed.
I thought after that maybe an old ball joint with the ball cut off and a length of angle welded to it to twist in the same way it was bent.
The hard part was twisting it enough in the opposite direction so that when released it was close to original orientation. Being within the wheel well really limits the range you can work in.
Take pictures and post how you do it.
