Yes, super 90 is the better stuff, at least for headliners in the hard top cars. iirc, it holds up better to heat. I used it for headliners in 2 hard tops, but no verts, so there may be differences...
77 is much more readily available than 90. Any hardware store should have 77. In my experience, 10% of hardware stores stock 90 these days around here - you might have to check a specialty shop if you want it.
