The easiest thing would be to put the car up on jackstands, fill the reservoir, get under, and have an assistant press the clutch pedal while you watch.
If it's the slave cylinder, it'll dribble out the drain hole in the bellousing onto the skidplate.
If it's the flexible hose, it'll be coming out somewhere along the length of the line. You'll just have to watch closely.
This'll be brake fluid, not oil, so it's pretty distinctive in smell and texture.
