Honestly once you get one sorted out they are not hard to maintain. Make sure there's no rust and a good tranny + you are set. Everything else is fixable. Get a bently manual, check this site, and townsend's site and you are set... classifieds here is a good place to look for nice ones. They still come up occasionally locally, but getting rarer. lots of them in my local euro junkyard, so parts are not a concern. my saab indy has a graveyard out back also... very handy to have a good saab indy, if nothing else for the tough jobs or when you are too busy... these cars are rock solid once you get them sorted out... just go into a purchase with some extra $$ to make the car right (or "right enough", I don't necessarily mean a full restoration)...
