If they have a hoist, don't bother going out the bottom.
If you want to be destructive, you can use a bolt cutter to slice the wiring harness in half, and a hacksaw to wreck the shift coupler, fuel lines, and two radiator hoses. At that point it's just unbolt the exhaust and motor mounts and pull the whole thing out the top. An hour or two at most.
If you don't want to be destructive, you can do all this the proper way... and I would strongly encourage doing it the proper way. c900s are rare enough... someone may need the parts you're wrecking!
Going out the top is MUCH easier than the bottom, and removing the clutch and all those piddly bolts securing engine:transmission is MUCH easier out of the car. The balancing and support act necessary to go out the bottom is not only difficult but dangerous IMHO. If something goes wrong, you do not want that falling on you, or a part of you.
