"replacing hoses" isn't the best route... I mean, yes it needs to be done, but you've got to approach this with a scientific method of diagnostics. Follow cmyles advice to cap each port one by one, etc.. dont' forget that any leak in the HVAC vacuum system would come down to a leak on the port that feeds the vacuum canister. If you just replace hoses, you're going to overlook such issues that you can't see.
