I saw these all the time in junkyards when C900s were there in numbers. Used all over the place, hatch cover panels and trunk liner panels too. Black, knurled top, little screwdriver slot in top, half flatted shaft with lots of proto threads on them. Push in and turn a quarter turn?
I've been pretty careful not to lose any of mine and also picked up quite a few when pulling stuff from junkyards. But not enough to want to volunteer any, and scattered in so many little fastener stashes I'd have a heck of a time coming up with anything.
My local Napa has a big display of body fasteners. Ones you'd want would probably be the kind with lots of fuzzy burs on sides, that are flexible and push in and then pry out, good for several reuses but no fun to extract. Stop in to a big NAPA store or an auto body supply house, and buy a small pouch to try. If the wrong size try again.
Or, if you're near a you-pull junkyard, look at newer Saab models. They use the same things in the trunk of 9000s I think, and maybe also on NG900s or later ones. Less brittle as they'd be newer. Knowing Saab they used them on later cars, though it's just a guess.
