actually the motor mount that most likely broke is the right side, if you have a floor jack and a piece of 2x4 about 6 inches long, or a 1/2 thick 6 x 6 square of plywood, you can do this outside
a flashlight and put the wood on the floor jack pad and put under the transmission and just towards the center beyond the the exhaust pipe hanger that is bolted onto the transmission
slowly jack the engine up until the car body starts to move, all the while looking at the motor mount. if the round center of the motor mount moves, or you see the seam in it open up, that motor mount is toast.
You can replace it by going further, but order the replacement one first. you will need a 19, 18 and 17 mm sockets 1/2 inch drive, a 12 inch extension, and an 18 inch breaker bar. a 1/2 swivel is helpful too.
take the outside nuts off the motor mount, and lift the bracket out of the way, then the 19 (sometimes 18) in the center. again raise the transmission and move until the car body starts to move. you will be able to JUST move the motor mount around like a Chinese puzzle and take it out, then put the replacement one in. NOTE the direction of the bent tang orientation on the Motor mount and be sure to orient that way. you may have to lower and raise the transmission to get the two piece bracket that the center bolt mounts through to line up to get the bolt all the way through.
You can inspect the front mount also, but the fans may have to be removed to get to see the mount to decide its condition. it has the same center bolt, and an upside down "U" limiting bracket with 12mm head bolts through the outside holes in the motor mount. again note the tang and it's orientation.
you may want to take some of the turbo intake exhaust tubes off too, a 7MM or 1/2 inch driver usually takes care of them all, take lots of pictures with your camera. BE SURE to put a papertowel in the turbo to keep any accidental drops from going in there.
