Jon 1 that I did the flywheel for has the files you're looking for! He sent them to me but I had trouble opening them! I just did this first flywheel from a blueprint that Jon sent me in our manual mill with my rotary table. It was pretty simple, from the back of the flywheel go 21 degrees clockwise from the 0 timing mark and that is the center of the 2 missing teeth area. Jon will probably see this and let you know more about the CAD file. I also sent Jon one of my TE05-B16G turbo's with one of my custom bracket high performance waste gate actuators which will hold the boost where the T5 tells it to no matter what so I'm anxious to know the outcome on his C-900.
