What's wrong with you, fellas? Do you remember that red auction car which got busted on this BB almost in a trice?
I bet this one has a whining gearbox, compression figures swing from 70 to 156 psi among all the cylinders, abs cuts off on a hot day and pantry compartment is rusted to the bones. How I know?
1) See RH windshield wiper: looks strange, does it? The hood didn't hit the windshield so most probably it is just unaligned. To me it looks like one of those cars which feature shiny waxed body outside and 0.1" brake pads inside.
2) Have you noticed the recently replaced exhaust tail-pipe? With all the look of great looking motor* it is thrown to the salvage auction. A real saab fella who does care and maintain his C900 does not do that.
Although on the good side: driver didn't hit the windshield. Nor passenger did. That adds some warm colors to the driver (read PO) image that I have drawn here - he wasn't that moron not to carry the seat-belt on.
The character of PO - as I see it - is contrary to one I used to deal with. And the #1 rule of buying a C900 is to carefully check the PO, not engine compression or gearbox oil.
