Sounds like a worn inner driver or defective tripod bearing. Eriksson Industries will sell you really nice rebuilt inner driver, better than new original one, for about $100 exchange. Replace the seal and o'ring and put thread sealer on the bolts. Have a close hard look at the tripod bearing, it might actually be the source of the vibration instead of the inner driver. It's wise to do them both at the same time. Inspect the axle bearing too. That's the little ball bearing down in the inner driver housing, behind the seal, that supports the inner driver shaft, not the tapered race that you first notice. I've seen those worn almost to the point of separating.
