Saab Parts can make anything. What you need to tell them is not only what parts you would like, but more importantly what you are willing to pay. Want a new dash top? Sure they could make them. Are you willing to pay $600?
Same for all the other parts. Low volume production is expensive. You need to determine the maximum price that most people would be willing to pay for each of these parts. Then they can make business decisions on what parts make sense to produce.
