It's graduated, at least on LH 2.2. I know this from looking at the BIN files in an editor program (runs good on Windows NT if you can find it) by Ragnar from ECUProject forums, and from LH 2.2 explanations on ECUProject. Not sure if those forums exist anymore, but worth it if they do. Never did actually get to edit a fuel chip, and that's probably for the best. Very easy to screw up.
I think if the NTC were just a cutoff, they would use a simpler sensor, something like they had in the "automatic" heated seats, to save the ECU from doing more logic work.
