I've done it by replacing the MC, making sure all the the air was out of the MC and then pushing the pistons back in the calipers to push fluid and a small air pocket in the lines back into the MC. I had to do it because the bleeders snapped off. If you have the tools to replace the MC, then you should have the tools to bleed the lines. Bleeding the brakes is fairly easy and you should do it before driving the car after a MC replacement.
