If I had to guess, I'd say check out the brake fluid tank and make sure nothing is obstructing the entrance for the hydraulic clutch line. Slaves cylinders don't usually go bad what happens is their seals start to leak over a great amount of time and its easier and cheap enough to just buy a new one opposed to rebuilding it. Wear of the seals in your case wouldn't be the problem, but there is another issue that it could be. When a new clutch is put in the hydraulic line needs to be bleed more or less by a pressure bleeder and lets not forget on the bottom side of the hydraulic line is the slave and the only thing holding the pressure being forced in by the pressure bleeder is the thin little slave seal. It's possible to over pressurize the hydraulic line to have this seal pop out of the slave. Sounds like there is so much pressure the seal is giving up a few months down the road. Could be the brake fluid tank has an issue of slowly adding pressure to the line by an obstruction over the inlet to the hydraulic line letting fluid in but when the fluid needs to return to the tank it slowly lets it return or not at all which is slowly building pressure up in the line, or the initial bleed its just under the " to much pressure " mark for the slave and after normal use the seal just gives up prematurely. This all of course is just theory because having a slave rebuilt or replaced in the amount of time you have is just unheard of.
