All that 100 watt bulbs will get you are a bad reflector and possibly melted wires and/or bulb connector. Despite using 2x the current, they do NOT produce 2x the light, more like 10-20% more.
I would recommend the SilverStar Ultra bulbs from Sylvania (they go under another name from Osram in EU countries). These are brighter without using more current. the downsides are: they can cost up to 2x what a normal bulb does, and they last about half as long. I've been using them on my 9-5s (H7s), and they are very good.
If you need a lot more light, get driving lights or decent fog lights...
