AFAIK, not directly. But, if you like microsurgery, you may be able to take them apart enough to swap all the "tumblers" from one to the other, and in the right order. The "tumblers" are stamped brass, and depending on which one goes where, determines the key code.
Unfortunately, on some of these items, you can't take them apart other than destructively.
