PayPal dosent have a limit however they might for first time users. If one were to sign up Today i do believe there is a limit to how much can be transferred, if the person is limited in other ways I wouldn't know. After your a long time customer of PayPal there is no limit on anything.
Way back in the day when I signed up I ran into a 500$ max transfer a month from my pay pal account to my bank account. But that was many years ago, since then my transfer amount is unlimited to the fund in the account.

I don't know if they still have the cap of max 500 a month rule or any other new rules in play one would have to read their stuff, and most likly have to contact someone from PayPal to get the cap lifted. Lots of hoops to jump through using them no doubt, but their secure
