White smoke is either steam from the coolant leaking into the combustion chamber or brake fluid from a bad brake servo. Since your engine warms up and then it happens, I would guess cracked something, like the head. If it was the brake servo, it would do it all the time.
Run it and pull the plugs to read them to see if they are all identical or if several look different. That would narrow it to combustion chamber problems if they don't look the same. Good luck...waking the sleeping beast is a challenge.
Oh, and Sea Foam wouldn't thicken the oil, but coolant leaking into it over a period of time will make it a gooey mess in the sump.
