Most likely its the 89degree switch, unless as an owner you or a previous owner replaced the setup to the 82. Your indie should have replaced the switch also, might want to ask him/her because if its an 82degree fan switch and a 89 stat your fans would never stop running comes summer because the 89 stat is keeping the motor nice an toasty. You could replace the switch as a preventable measure. Because of its location in the radiator one couldn't see any numbers in it without removing it, and if its been removed might as well put in a new one.
Its been so long since I did mine I done even remember if its stamped or not, but if you take a look at it and its super new metal good chance it was replaced along with the stat. Call up your indie and ask him the if the switch was replaced and the degree of thermostat installed. There's only 2 of them the 82degree stat and the 89.
Word of caution' the fan switch is screwed into the plastic part of the radiator make sure not to over tighten the new switch when installing. The plastic threads will strip out real easy & if this happens new radiator time.
I just looked up the temps and its a 89degree not 94 went in and edited the numbers in the previous post
