if it's dirty-cheap there over the seas, then it might not be a proper idea of making the fortune thru distilling windshield washer solvent with turbo order for n/a's, pink-caddy smell for Elvis fanboys (and esp. for fanladies) and fried chicken aroma targeted to hillbillies.
Here in Mordor we've got summer windshield washer fluids which are claimed to be very good at cleaning mosquitos off the glass and winter windshield washer fluids which are claimed not to freeze. And the latter ones cost more than gas: $1-2 (and more!) vs $~1 per liter. And in major cities (where they use salt and derivated cocktails on the roads) you may turn out to spend more on windshield solvents than on gas when it goes down to 'damn-cold' temperatures or snowstorms.
