Slave will probably be fine as long as it doesn't become hyper-extended. However, for the sake of not having to take it all apart again, it might not be a bad idea to replace the O-rings in the slave.
Definitely replace the primary shaft seal. I did a rear seal w/o replacing the primary shaft seal and regretted it.
Replace the gasket for the primary shaft cover while you're there. It can make a sloppy little leak that gets caked with grit.
