We could start listing all the possibilities and go into "Parts swap" mode but ideally the first thing to do is take a couple of minutes and narrow down the list of possibilities; Determine whether it lacks spark or lacks fuel. Look for spark at the plugs and/or see if the fuel rail is pressurized after cranking by loosening the banjo bolt. If you have spark and the rail is pressurized then you'll need to determine whether fuel is spraying from the injectors. Another quick trick is to spray some starting fluid into the manifold through a vacuum port and see if she tries to start. If so then you most likely have a fuel delivery issue. Once you know which path to take the diagnosis gets much easier.
