Clean the bell housing with degreaser, if needed, finish off with brake parts cleaner. Assuming clutch disc is not contaminated with oil, no need to clean it, but brake cleaner won't hurt it. If all was well with the system, it should be dry. If the disc is contaminated it should be renewed. Clean the flywheel (clutch disc removed) with brake cleaner. I used to use lacquer thinner in lieu of brake cleaner until I read that lacquer thinner leaves a residue, while brake cleaner does not. I am not convinced of the accuracy of this information but brake cleaner seems to me to be the safer bet.
