They are the same buttons, both left and right, that Volvo used on the 740 and other models through the mid 90's. Made by Bosch for Saab and Volvo (maybe others as well?).
Volvo part #3530123 and 24. Eeuroparts is showing availability or go to any Volvo dealer. Also try any of the multi Euro manufacturer sites...FC Euro etc.
Saabsite also is showing stock on their EBay store site for $49.00 for the set.
