Yes, easy. Flatten the back seat and crawl into the "trunk" with a longish flat blade screwdriver and a flashlight. Poke "push" the middle of the latch hook with the screwdriver straight towards the rear and the hatch will open. Then remove the hatch upholstery to see and adjust the location of the plastic nut or it's bracket, which may have come loose. You'll figure it out. Don't close the lid 'til the unit works or you'll be crawling in again.
