Semi Loaded is the condition that the Nugeon employee is that rebuilt the caliper. Make sure the piston screw gear has all the teeth -- I think the Nugeon builders just repaint old calipers that come in and don't take them all apart -- it took two old calipers and the "NewGeon" rebuilt to make one good caliper.
Maybe you got lucky and the core they used was a decent unit -- the ones they used to build the unit I got did not go through a complete vetting process -- if it had been, it would have been rejected.
Too bad Centric and eeuro can't see eye to eye. Something broke down there and Nugeon products aren't the answer to that relationship issue.
OK, so rant over. I've been through the pain, and it's hard to forget/let go.
